Back in the day, all cacaos harvested in this area were sold as ”Single Origin”, its name goes after the port that the industry used to export cacao beans overseas.

We have been supporting this region through the best agricultural and technological practices.

Process

Cacao production is limited including the surroundings of this area including National Park “Henry Pitier”.

Producers gather their cacao while simultaneously de-pulping to retain the most accurate fermentation with a low moisture percentage.
