Origins

Ocumare

The “Ocumare” valley is surrounded by all sizes of cacao plantations inside of the National Park “Henry Pitier”, stretching from north central region to the Caribbean coast of Venezuela.

Thanks to great quality and organoleptic profile, we also source beans from here as part of our own chocolate bars signatures.

Process

Area comprised of multiple-scale farmers, with drying facilities as part of their houses, and others are supported by Governmental or private entities.

These communities built their ermentation wood and drying operations right in these villages to serve post-harvest-controlled process.
